Event Information

“Whether you are new to the festival or have been coming for years, each year is a new experience in sights and sounds”.  – Angela Paylor and Carrie Dunn, Orillia Scottish Festival Co-Chairs

We are having a Ceilidh!

Celebrate the return of our Annual Orillia Scottish Festival.

Make plans and get tickets early for Friday July 15, 2022 at the Orillia Legion Branch #34 as we kick off this year’s festival in a grand fashion with the band Strange Potatoes, dancing, jokes, camaraderie, and a light lunch for the evening to cap off day 1 of the Orillia Scottish Festival.

We are so pleased to once again be featuring a very special Scottish Ale from our friends at Quayle’s Brewery! We are happy to be debuting “A Hill To Die On”.  Ask for this special ale at the Legion and Beer Tent throughout the festival weekend.

Doors Open: 6:30pm

Event Start: 7pm
